Strasburg, Lancaster County, PA – Spaces are still available in the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania’s Barons & Builders summer day camp for 9 and 10-year-olds.
This unique day camp will be held on Monday, July 13 through Friday, July 17 and will include activities like touring special railroad equipment and areas in the Museum, taking a ride aboard today’s Amtrak and an historic Strasburg Rail Road train, building model train cars to take home, meeting real railroaders to learn about their jobs and much more. Camp is in session from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily, except for the day of the train trip on Amtrak.
Summer day camp for 11 and 12-year-olds is full and wait listed.
The cost per camper for the Barons & Builders day camp program is $125.00 for current Friends of the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania members and $175.00 for non-members. Participation will be limited to 15 campers per session on a first come basis. Day camp registration forms are available on the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania’s website.
